Law Students & Graduates
Are you a law student? Do you already have a law degree or equivalent from an Australian or overseas university? Are you an overseas-qualified legal practitioner? If you intend to be admitted to the legal profession as an Australian lawyer, then under the Legal Profession (Admission) Rules 2008 (Vic) you must complete:
- a Practical Legal Training (PLT) course such as the Leo Cussen Practical Training Course or
- a Traineeship (Supervised Workplace Training replacing Articled Clerkships) in a firm or legal practice
