Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX cards. Bookings will not be processed until your card payment has been approved.
If you are paying by Cheque or Bank Deposit your booking will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.
Bookings will not be processed until payment has been cleared. Entry to programs will not be permitted where payment has not been received and processed prior to the program.
Discounts
A 10% discount on Leo Cussen Institute programs may be offered to employees of Victoria Legal Aid and Community Legal Centres with the exception of Joint Venture Partner programs, Traineeships and WA Articles Training Programs.
Cancellation
Registrations are transferable to another person. Refunds or transfers between programs may be requested in writing up to 14 days prior to the program, but a fee of $40 per seminar, $100 per intensive, conference or workshop will be charged. No refunds or transfers are available for Joint Venture programs such as Basic Mediation and Mediator Assessment programs. Credit Notes are available at the discretion of Leo Cussen and must be used within 3 months. No refund, transfer or credit note is available within 14 days of a program. Leo Cussen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, change speakers and revise program content. CPD classifications for Leo Cussen Institute programs are based on information available at the date of publication, however are subject to change. Terms for Traineeships and Articles Training Program are set out below.
Traineeships Program Cancellation Policy
Registrations are transferable to another person at our discretion.
Refunds are not available.
Transfers between program dates may be requested up to 14 days prior to the program subject to availability and at our discretion. An administration fee of $150 per Traineeship workshop will be charged to transfer between dates. Leo Cussen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, change speakers and revise program content.
Articles Training Program (WA) Cancellation Policy
Registrations are transferable to another person at our discretion. Refunds are not available. Leo Cussen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, change speakers and revise program content.
Privacy
Leo Cussen records the information that you provide in your booking form. This information may be used to communicate with you or to provide you with publicity about Leo Cussen Products. Payment Options
Online payment
Bookings can be secured immediately by paying online with Eway (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Publications can also be bought online using Eway.
Other Payment Methods
Payment can also be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card by sending the hard copy booking form.
